STEPHEN LUKACH

Stephen Lukach is an award-winning composer and music producer based in Los Angeles. Originally from Wisconsin, he began his career as an assistant to Klaus Badelt (Pirates of the Caribbean, Gladiator) before working alongside Nathan Barr (The Americans, True Blood, Hollywood) for several years as an assistant, mixer, score producer, and co-composer. 

 

Since first learning to play guitar at age 7, Stephen has developed a distinct style of composition as a multi-instrumentalist and music producer, often combining organic instruments with his expertise in electronic and manipulated sounds to create unique scores for diverse film, TV, and video game projects.

 

In 2024, he finished scoring the pirate adventure video game Skull and Bones (Ubisoft), the recently released Netflix true crime series from Dick Wolf, Homicide: New York, as well as the upcoming Homicide: Los Angeles. Stephen continues to score additional seasons for Skull and Bones, slated to release later this year. 

 

Stephen’s recent work includes the feature film Clock (Hulu) starring Dianna Agron, Meet Cute (Peacock) starring Kaley Cuoco and Pete Davidson, and Far Cry 6: Special Operations in the latest installment of Ubisoft's popular Far Cry video game series. His other projects include the feature film reboot Wrong Turn (Saban), the acclaimed con-man drama series Sneaky Pete (Amazon) starring Giovanni Ribisi, as well as the Golden Globe-winning series The Americans (FX), Halston (Netflix), Hemlock Grove (Netflix), Greenleaf (OWN), True Blood (HBO), and the films The Hunt (Universal), Flatliners (Sony), The Domestics (MGM), and others.
